A Short Nap

A short nap can make all the difference...This afternoon, find a quiet place and lie down for twenty minutes. The rest of your day will be more enjoyable for you and those around you.

Heading up to the mountain house to gather with family on this windy September day. Not sure I'll find twenty minutes to nap as family arrives from all points on the compass; I may have to find a good tree to curl up under...with a blanket!
